Sushi Sushi is one of Australia's most recognised sushi stores and we are excited to bring our products over to New Zealand!

We are currently looking for team members with either customer service experience or kitchen hand experience for the role of Sushi Artisan. 

The requirements are:

For customer service duties:

• Customer Service - provide prompt, efficient and friendly service
• Correctly use the POS machine
• Cash handling
• Organise the display presentation area
• Cleanliness of service area

For Kitchen Hand duties:

• Preparing and cooking ingredients
• Making hand rolls, Inari & Nigiri
• Clean and maintain equipment, utensils etc.
• Cleaning of tables and benches etc.

These roles will require:

• Regular lifting of weight up to 10kgs
• Irregular lifting of weights 10- 17kgs
• Reaching and stretching
• Repetitive gripping and handling
• Standing / walking for extended periods
• Working above shoulder height

If you are successful and are asked to attend an interview you will be required to provide us with proof of identity and proof of your working rights in New Zealand.
